摘要：在质量保险推行试点的大背景下，分析引入质量保险的必要性。然后总结质量保险运行的现状及质量保险运行过程中遇到的问题。最后，针对这些问题提出具体的建议，并构建建设工程质量保险的运行机制。

Abstract：Firstly，this paper analyzes the necessity of introducing quality insurance in the context of the pilot implementation of quality insurance. Then，summarizes the current situation of quality insurance operation and the problems in the process of quality insurance operation. Finally，puts forward the concrete suggestions for these problems and constructs the operation mechanism of quality insurance for construction projects.
