摘要：结合南京实际情况，在共有产权房项目中引入PPP模式，并对其应用进行分析，最后得出结论：准确分析政府与PPP融资企业的出资比例，选择合适的合作伙伴并进行风险分配，是共有产权房项目PPP模式取得成功的关键。

Abstract：Based on the actual situation in Nanjing，this paper introduces PPP model into the common property housing project and analyzes its application. Finally，concludes that the key to the success of the PPP model in the common property housing project is to correctly analyze the proportion of capital contribution between the government and the PPP financing enterprise，select appropriate partners and distribute risks.
