摘要：城市交通、市政公用设施和建筑工程项目较多采用与地铁项目合建模式。简述三种较常见的与地铁项目合建的空间布局以及建设管理模式，分析各种模式的特点与优劣势。最后通过实践，探讨代建模式下地铁项目合建工程的管理重点，以期对轨道交通项目合建工程建设管理的完善提供参考意见。

Abstract：Rail transit projects，urban traffic，municipal public facilities and construction projects are jointly constructed with subway projects.This paper briefly describes three common vertical layouts and construction management models of joint construction with metro projects，analyzes the characteristics，advantages and disadvantages of these various models. Finally，through practice，explores the key points of the metro projects joint construction under agent construction method，in order to provide references for the improvement of the construction management of the railway transportation joint contstruction.
