摘要：提出“7+1”保障房文明工地标准化评价体系，通过7个评分项：场容场貌、安全防护施工机械、消防及用电、绿色环保、卫生防疫、资料管理和1个加分项提高与创新，对保障房文明工地标准化建设情况进行全面评价。在此基础上，通过上海市市属保障房标化工地的具体案例，阐述评价体系的应用过程，在保障房文明工地标准化评价方面进行一定的探索，从而提升保障房建设整体管理水平。

Abstract：This paper puts forward a set of comprehensive evaluation system for the construction standardization of HSE（health，safety and environment）in the field of indemnificatory housing. This evaluation system includes 7 scoring items and one improvement and innovation plus item. The scoring items include site appearance，safety and protection construction machinery，firefighting and power consumption，green environmental protection，health and epidemic prevention，data management "improvement and innovation". On the basis，elaborates the application process of the evaluation system through a specific case of Shanghai municipal indemnificatory housing. Through the study of the evaluation system and the application of the specific case，some exploration will be made in the evaluation of standardization construction site in indemnificatory housing，so as to improve the overall management level.
