摘要：随着国家政策变化和城市需求升级，我国新型城镇化进程已经进入提质增速阶段，需大量投入资金。通过分析现阶段新型城镇化开发模式的资金投入思路，阐述新型城镇化建设在资金投入层面所面临的困境，然后介绍现有资金投入困境的解决方案，并以岳麓山国家大学科技城项目为例，以期探索建立良性资金循环逻辑，推进新型城镇化建设。

Abstract：With the change of national policies and the upgrading of urban demand，the new urbanization process has entered a stage of quality improvement and growth，which needs a lot of money. This paper analyzes the capital investment ideas of the new urbanization development model of the current stage，expounds the dilemma of the new urbanization capital investment. Then，introduces the solution to the dilemma of urbanization development capital investment，and takes Yuelu Mountain National University technology city program as an example to the model of capital circulation，in order to explore the establishment of a virtuous capital circulation logic and promote the construction of new urbanization.
