摘要：多投资主体项目的协同管理比一般项目而言更加繁琐、复杂，沟通管理范围更广、难度更大，良好的协同机制必不可少。以上海国际金融中心项目为例，从多投资主体组织管理的特点与难点着手，分析具体的实施解决方法，并提出相关建议，供同行业同类项目参考借鉴。

Abstract：Collaborative management in multi-investor projects is more tedious and complex in general projects，the scope of communication management is wider and more difficult. Therefore，good synergy mechanism is essential. Taking the project of Shanghai international financial center as an example，this paper analyzes the specific implementation solutions from the characteristics and difficulties of multi-investor organization and management，and puts forward some relevant suggestions for reference for similar projects in the same industry.
