摘要：在考量市政道路改造工程设计和施工等诸多因素的基础上，重点论述政策法规、工程现状和改造技术对市政道路改造工程造价的影响，从贯彻政策法规、重视现状调查和优化改造方案等方面提出具体的工程造价控制措施，以期为今后类似项目的开展提供参考。

Abstract：On the basis of considering many factors such as the design and construction of municipal road renovation projects，this paper focuses on the impact of policies and regulations，project status and transformation technology on the cost of municipal road renovation projects，and then proposes the specific project cost control measures from the aspects of implementing policies and regulations，attaching importance to current situation investigation and optimizing transformation plan，in order to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
