摘要：总结宁波综合管廊的建设经验，分析宁波市地下综合管廊建设存在的问题，从健全政策制度保障机制、创新建设管理机制、构建长效投融资机制方面探索建设机制创新，对促进城市综合管廊健康可持续发展具有借鉴意义。

Abstract：This paper summarizes the construction experience of Ningbo utility tunnel，and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of Ningbo underground utility tunnel.Then，explores the innovation of construction mechanism from the aspect of perfecting the guarantee mechanism of the policy system，innovating the construction management mechanism and constructing the long-term investment and financing mechanism，which can be used for reference to promote the healthy and sustainable development of urban utility tunnel.
