摘要：在界定工匠精神内涵的基础上设计问卷，调研数据显示建筑工人的工匠精神总体不足。采用逐步回归法进行实证分析，结果显示企业用工方式、工人的工作满意度、受教育程度、工资收入以及到现企业的年限是影响工匠精神的显著因素。从企业激励机制、行业用工制度、社会支撑体系三个方面提出具体建议。

Abstract：On the basis of defining the connotation of craftsman spirit，this paper designs a questionnaire，and the survey data shows that the craftsman spirits of the construction workers is generally inadequate. The results of stepwise regression analysis shows the employment pattern，job satisfaction，education level，income and seniority are the significant factors of craftsman spirit. Finally，puts forward some suggestions from three aspects：enterprise incentive mechanism，industry employment system and social support system.
