摘要：近年来日本住房市场和住房保障均有平稳发展，有必要进行深入分析以对我国住房发展形成有益借鉴与启示。基于部门座谈和文献梳理，围绕住房市场和住房保障，分析日本住房发展现状及其政策体系。在此基础上，提出对我国住房政策的启示，助力实现住有所居和住有宜居。

Abstract：Recent years，both of Japan’s housing market and housing guarantee have made progress，which is worth in-depth analysis to form enlightenment. This paper reviews the current situation of housing development in Japan and its policy system with department discussion and literature review focusing on the housing market and housing guarantee. Proposes the enlightenment to China helping to realize habitat and livability.
