摘要：在新时代，研究和推进建筑业的高质量发展对建筑业和整个国民经济发展都具有重要意义。尝试建立建筑业发展质量的理论框架，探讨建筑业发展质量的内涵及其评价维度，进而提出一系列促进建筑业高质量发展的政策建议，以期为我国新时代建筑业高质量发展提供一定参考和借鉴。

Abstract：In the new era，it is of great significance to study and promote the high-quality development of construction industry. This paper tries to construct a theoretical framework of construction industry’s development quality. Under this framework，discusses the connotation and evaluation dimensions of construction industry’s development quality. Then，puts forward a series of policy suggestions to steer Chinese construction industry toward high-quality development.
