摘要：阐述区域效益的经营概念与形成要素，分析区域效益的经济特征与管理理念，介绍区域效益的管理模式与溢值方略，以期为提升建筑企业规模型项目群产生的区域效益提供参考。

Abstract：This paper expounds the concept and forming elements of regional benefits，analyzes the economic characteristics and management concepts of regional benefits，and introduces the management model and overflow strategy of regional benefits，in order to provide reference for enhancing the regional benefits of large-scale project groups of construction enterprises.
