摘要：我国工程造价咨询行业服务内容日趋同质化，核心竞争力的缺乏导致低价竞争愈演愈烈。针对实际情况，分析工程造价咨询服务收费现状及存在的问题。结合未来行业的发展趋势，阐述工程造价咨询服务的发展与应对措施。

Abstract：Currently，the service content of engineering cost consulting in our country is increasingly homogenized. Because of the lack of core-competitiveness，low-price competition has intensified. In view of the current actual situation，the paper analyzes the status and existing problems of engineering cost consulting service charge，and elaborates the development and countermeasures combined with the development trend of the industry in future.
