摘要：结合当前高校基建项目跟踪审计实际情况，利用PDCA循环法，将审计全过程分为四个阶段：P阶段—审计计划制定、D阶段—审计实施、C阶段—审计检查和A阶段—阶段性审计结果处理。根据基建项目全过程工作内容，找出每个阶段审计要点，并提出相应的措施，使全过程跟踪审计形成一个PDCA循环系统。

Abstract：Combining the current situation of follow up audit of university capital construction projects，this paper divides the whole process of audit into four stages by using PDCA cycle method：P stage-audit plan formulation，D stage-audit implementation，C stage-audit inspection and A stage-audit result processing. According to the whole process of the infrastructure project，find out the audit points at each stage，and puts forward the corresponding measures to make the whole process tracking audit form a PDCA cycle system.
