基于SEM的组织环境因素与建筑工人安全行为关系研究—考虑建筑工人个体特征

摘要:分析确定影响安全行为的三个组织环境因素——安全文化、安全氛围、安全管理。然后,以建筑工人个体特征为调节变量,构建组织环境因素与安全行为关系的假设模型。研究结果表明:安全文化对安全参与行为有显著的正向作用,安全氛围、安全管理与安全行为的两个维度均存在显著的正向影响关系;不同个体特征在组织环境因素与安全行为之间存在着显著的调节作用。

Abstract:This paper certifies three organizaitonal environment factors including safety culture,safety climate and safety management that post influences on safety behavior. Then,uses a structural equation model to explore the relationship between organizational environment factors and safety behavior by adding the moderating variable of construction workers’ characteristics. The results show that:Safety culture has a significant positive influence on safety participation behavior;safety climate and safety management have significant positive influence on two dimensions of safety behavior. For safety participation behavior,safety culture and safety climate have higher overall impacts than safety management,while safety management has more significant impact on safety compliance behavior than two other factors;different individual characteristics plays a moderating role between the relationship of organizational environment factors and safety behavior.
