摘要：分析当前工程公司项目进度管理的特点，阐述基于P6软件的项目进度管理现状，并提出改进建议和优化的基于P6软件的进度协同管理实施程序和实践方法。此外，基于进度管理的探讨，进一步论述工程公司如何借助P6中的项目数据库指导其自身市场开拓及进行项目管理，为提升工程公司经济效益提供一种有效的手段。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the feature of current project schedule management in engineering companies，expounds the current situation of project schedule management based on P6 software，proposes specific improvement suggestions，and gives the optimized P6 software-based schedule management implementation procedures and practical methods. In addition，with the discussion of schedule management，further explores how engineering companies can use the project database in P6 to guide their market development and project management process，which provides an effective means to improve the economic efficiency of engineering companies.
