摘要：以南昌巷口祥和嘉园EPC房建项目为例，分析项目变更索赔的原因，阐述变更索赔的常见因素，包括招投标及合同条款约定、不可抗力事项、方案优化等，介绍变更索赔程序和索赔结果，为EPC合同管理下的变更理赔管理工作提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the Nanchang xiangkou xianghe jiayuan EPC project as an example，this paper analyzes the causes of project change，describes the common factors of change claim，including bidding and contract terms，force majeure，scheme optimization，etc，introduces the alteration claim procedure and the claim result，in order to provide reference for the change claim management under EPC general contract management.
