摘要：在工程施工任务分配模式下，阐述物资采购的前期管理和过程控制，包括采购方案策划、采购管理制度建设、采购计划管理、综合比价法确定采购渠道、二次谈判选商、建立与供应商合作双赢等管理控制措施，以加强工程施工任务分配模式下的物资采购管理，使工程物资成本得到有效控制。

Abstract：Under the model of project construction task allocation，this paper elaborates the pre-management and process control of material procurement，including procurement scheme planning，procurement management system construction，procurement plan management，comprehensive price comparison method to determine procurement channels，second negotiation to select suppliers，establishment of win-win cooperation with suppliers and other management control measures，in order to strengthen the material procurement management under the model of project construction task allocation and effectively control the cost of engineering materials.
