摘要：EPC项目的成本控制是一个系统的、全过程的控制过程，任何一个环节的管理缺失都可能导致成本的增加。从项目招投标、设计、施工、材料设备采购、竣工结算等阶段，阐述EPC项目承包商的成本控制的方法与策略，以期为EPC项目成本控制提供参考。

Abstract：The cost control of EPC project general contracting is a systematic and whole control process. Any management deficiencies could lead to the increase of costs. This paper explains the methods and strategies of the cost control of EPC project general contractors from aspects of bidding，designing，constructing，material/equipment purchasing and accounts settling，in order to provide reference for cost control of EPC project.
