摘要：在介绍江苏省建筑产业现代化发展存在的问题的基础上，阐述江苏省建筑产业现代化的发展战略，分析江苏省建筑产业现代化的产业布局，包括产业布局原则、示范基地分布和辐射市场范围、生产力空间布局，并提出产业布局的对策，为推动我国区域建筑产业现代化全面、协调、可持续发展提供现实参考。

Abstract：On the basis of introducing the problems existing in the modernization of Jiangsu’s construction industry，this paper expounds the development strategy of the modernization of Jiangsu’s construction industry. Then，analyzes the industrial layout of Jiangsu’s construction industry modernization，including the principles of industrial layout，the distribution and scope of radiation market of demonstration bases，and the spatial distribution of productivity，and puts forward the countermeasures of industrial layout，in order to provide realistic reference for promoting the comprehensive，coordinated and sustainable development of China’s regional construction industry modernization.
