摘要：总结国内外综合管廊日常维护费分摊模式，归纳为四个分摊模型：平均分摊法、使用强度分摊法、空间占比分摊法、空间与使用强度比例系数调节法，分析比较这四个模型的优缺点与适用性，并提出模型的选用原则与建议。最后以某市已建成的综合管廊为例，测算各入廊管线单位每年应缴纳的日常维护费，为综合管廊项目日常维护费分摊模型选择提供参考。

Abstract：After analyzing the daily operating and maintenance cost-sharing models of many utility tunnel projects at home and abroad，the paper summarizes four models naming average-sharing model，intensity-sharing model，space proportion-sharing model，space and intensity proportion coefficient adjustment model. Then，analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages as well as applicability of these four models，and puts forward the selection principles and suggestions of the models. Finally，takes a utility tunnel of a city as an example，calculates the annual maintenance cost of each pipeline based on the cost-sharing model，which provides reference for the selection of the maintenance cost-sharing model of utility tunnel projects.
