摘要：分析我国建设工程定额发展历程、现行定额体系，指出我国建设工程定额的作用，并通过实际案例分析定额在实际使用过程中存在的问题。然后结合定额自身存在的问题与外部条件的变化以及目前的市场情况与发展趋势，研究建设工程定额的改进与完善，并提出相应的改进与完善建议。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the development process of construction project in China and the current quota system，points out the role of construction project quota in China，and analyzes the problems existing in the actual using process through the actual case analysis. Combined with the problems of the quota itself and the changes of the external conditions，as well as the current market situation and development trend，studies the improvement and perfection of construction project quota，and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement and perfection.
