摘要：在重大工程项目高度不确定性导致契约治理效力下降的背景下，关系治理能够显著降低交易成本，有效抑制机会主义，但关系治理对重大工程项目的作用机制仍未厘清。以组织间关系绩效为中介变量，信任、合作、沟通和承诺为情境变量，构建重大工程项目关系治理作用机制模型。结果表明：关系治理对重大工程项目绩效有显著正向影响，组织间关系绩效起到了部分中介作用；在关系治理维度中，情感信任与合作起着主导作用。

Abstract：Under the background of the contractual governance effectiveness decline in megaprojects due to high uncertainty，relational governance can significantly reduce transaction costs and opportunism，but the mechanism of relational governance for megaprojects remains unclear. Taking the inter-organizational relationship performance as the mediating variable，trust，cooperation，communication and commitment as the situational variables，this paper constructs the mechanism model of relational governance for megaprojects. The results show that relational governance has a significant positive impact on megaprojects performance，and the relationship performance between organizations plays a partial intermediary role. In the relational governance dimension，emotional trust and cooperation play a leading role.
