基于扎根理论的BIM工作室能力标准构建研究

摘要:基于扎根理论,通过文本分析及专家访谈获取研究资料,借助NVivo11软件对文本资料进行编码,得到BIM工作室能力标准的维度,其中3个副核心分别为基本能力、核心能力和发展能力。通过分析其与传统工程造价工作室的区别,得出BIM工作室能力标准的概念模型,用以改善BIM工作室实践教学成果。

Abstract:Based on grounded theory,this paper obtains the research materials obtained through document analysis and expert interviews,uses the software of NVivo 11 to encode the text materials,and gets the dimensions of BIM studio competency standard,including basic competency,core competency,development competency. Furthermore,obtains the conceptual model after analyzing the difference between BIM studio and engineering cost studio,in order to enhance the effect of practice teaching mode in BIM studio.
