摘要：基于安全氛围视角，研究安全氛围对隧道工人群体安全行为的影响，基于群体效能理论，检验群体效能和群体反思在其中的中介作用和调节作用。结果表明：安全氛围对隧道工人群体安全行为有显著正向影响；群体效能在其中起中介作用；且隧道工人群体反思程度越高，安全氛围的正面效应越大。

Abstract：From the perspective of safety climate，this paper researches the influence of safety climate on the tunnel workers’ group safety behavior. Based on group efficacy theory，tests the mediating role and regulating role of group efficacy and group reflexivity. Research indicates that，safety climate has positive and direct influence on the safety behavior of tunnel workers’ group，group efficacy is a mediator between safety climate and safety behavior of tunnel workers’ group，the higher reflection degree of the tunnel workers’ group，the stronger positive influence of safety climate on the group efficacy.
