[摘　要]　介绍了国外建筑废弃物再生利用以及产业发展状况，从政策、管理、经济、技术和心理五个方面，深入分析了建筑废弃物再生利用的影响因素，并分析了国内建筑废弃物再生利用和行业发展状况，认为建筑废弃物再生利用的相关研究和实践仍处于探索中，行业发展仍处于培育阶段，需要继续完善相关支持政策和技术规范，对产业发展合理规划，提高专业化程度以及加强技术研发，以促进建筑废弃物的再生利用和产业发展。

Abstract: Construction and demolition waste （C&DW） recycling has become a community concern. This paper introduces the foreign C&DW recycling and industrial development situation. From the policy, management, economic, technical and psychological aspects, it analyzes the factors affecting C&DW recycling. On this basis, it analyzes the domestic C&DW recycling and development of the industry situation. It reckons that the C&DW recycling related research and practice is still in exploration, development of the industry is still in the early stages. We need to continue to improve the relevant support policy and technical specifications, rationally plan the industrial layout and enhance the degree of specialization as well as strengthen R&D, in order to promote the recycling of construction waste and industrial development.
