摘要：选取杭州部分已建地铁项目铺轨工程，从综合造价指标、分项指标、工料机等方面分析对铺轨工程造价的影响，提出有效控制工程造价的具体措施，为合理控制和确定铺轨工程投资提供参考。

Abstract：Selecting some completed metro track engineerings in Hangzhou，this paper analyzes the impact on the cost of track engineering from the aspects of comprehensive cost index，sub-item index and labour material machine，and puts forward specific measures for effectively controlling the engineering cost，in order to provide reference for reasonable control and determination of the investment of track engineering.
