摘要：分析EPC模式下常用的固定总价合同、成本加酬金合同、定额下浮率三种合同价款确定方式，阐述其特点、难点及适用条件等，以期为相关EPC项目选择计价模式提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes three methods of determining contract price under EPC model：fixed total price contract，cost-plus-fee contract and quota floating rate，and expounds their characteristics，difficulties and applicable conditions，so as to provide reference for selecting pricing model for relevant EPC projects.
