摘要：发展装配式建筑，推动建造方式创新，是实现建筑产业现代化的重要路径，但当前装配式建筑的成本高于同类现浇结构建筑，阻碍了装配式建筑发展。首先分析装配式建筑成本居高的成因，基于精益思想提出装配式建筑设计、生产、物流、装配等环节成本的控制措施，以期通过装配式建筑的精益成本管理，有效降低装配式建筑建造成本。

Abstract：The development of prefabricated buildings and the promotion of innovation in construction methods are important paths for the modernization of construction industry. However，the cost of prefabricated buildings is higher than that of similar cast-in-place structures，which hinders the development of prefabricated buildings. This paper analyzes the causes of high cost of prefabricated building. Based on the lean idea，puts forward the control measures of the cost of assembly building design，production，logistics，assembly，etc.，in order to effectively reduce the construction cost through the lean cost management of the prefabricated building.
