摘要：阐述管廊运维管理发展现状，然后以沈阳市南运河管廊为例，以BIM+GIS技术、机器人自动巡检及百度地图定位方法、APP移动巡检等技术创新为基础，建立管廊信息采集、处理、决策、调度、管理一体化的智慧运维管理平台，并介绍管廊监控系统、管廊管理系统、BIM管理系统、管廊办公管理系统四个子系统的构成，以期实现城市地下综合管廊的高效、安全、精细化管理。

Abstract：This paper expounds the development status of operation and maintenance management of utility tunnel. Taking the south canal utility tunnel of Shenyang as an example，based on BIM+GIS technology，robot automatic inspection and Baidu map positioning method，APP mobile inspection and other technologies，establishes the intelligent operation and maintenance management platform for information collection，processing，decision-making，dispatching and management of utility tunnel. Finally，introduces the composition of four subsystems：utility tunnel monitoring system，management system，BIM management system and office management system，which can realize the high efficiency of the urban underground comprehensive utility tunnel.
