摘要：首先阐述二次经营集中管理的必要性，及二次经营管理内涵和原则；然后分析二次经营集中管理具体做法，即建立体系机制、完善经营方法、定期考核和团队建设及因地制宜等；最后介绍笔者所在公司二次经营集中管理成效，为改善施工企业二次经营集中管理提供参考。

Abstract：Firstly，this paper elaborates the necessity of centralized management of secondary operation，and its connotation and principles. Then，analyzes the concrete methods of centralized management of secondary operation，namely，establishing system mechanism，improving management methods，periodic assessment，team building and adapting measures to local conditions，etc. Finally，introduces the effect of centralized management of secondary operation in the company where the author is working，in order to provide reference for improving the centralized management of secondary operation of construction enterprises.
