摘要：介绍粤港澳合作跨界工程建设项目类型与特征，然后从管理模式、组织架构、招投标、合同管理等方面阐述粤港澳合作跨界工程建设项目的管理实践，总结提炼该类项目的管理经验。最后，从管理思维、合同模式、工期因素、工程设计和造价管理等方面提出持续改进建议，形成适用于不同类型粤港澳合作跨界工程建设项目的管理模式。

Abstract：This paper introduces the types and characteristics of cross-border construction projects of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao cooperation，then expounds the management practice of cross-border construction projects from the aspects of management model，organization structure，bidding and contract management，and summarizes and refines the management experience of such projects. Finally，puts forward some suggestions for continuous improvement from the aspects of management thinking，contract model，construction period，engineering design and cost management，so as to form the management model suitable for different types of cross-border construction projects in cooperation between Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao.
