摘要：从国际市场占有率、RCA指数、TC指数、开放度等方面分析我国建筑服务出口竞争力。研究结果显示：我国的建筑服务出口竞争力较强且不断提高，但和德国、日本、西班牙等发达国家的国际承包商相比，还存在一定的差距。在上述基础上，提出增强我国建筑服务出口竞争力的相关对策。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the competitiveness of China’s construction service export from the aspects of international market share，RCA index，TC index and openness. The results show that China’s construction service export competitiveness is strong and constantly improving. However，compared with the international contractors in developed countries such as Germany，Japan and Spain，there are still some gaps. On the basis of the above，puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of China’s construction services export.
