摘要：BIM具有数字化、共享性和协同化的优势，在PPP项目中引入BIM将对项目的全生命周期管理产生良好作用。将BIM引入项目前期、项目建设、项目运营和项目移交的全过程，阐述BIM在PPP项目中的主要应用内容，以期为BIM和PPP项目的有效结合与发展提供一定的参考。

Abstract：BIM has the advantages of digitalization，sharing and collaboration. Taking BIM into PPP project will benefit the management of the whole life cycle of the project. This paper introduces BIM into the whole process of pre-project，construction，operation and handover，expounds the main contents in the application of PPP project，in order to provide some references for the efficient combination and development of BIM and PPP project.
