摘要：从业主角度阐述酒店项目在项目前期，应尽早确定建筑方案公司与引进酒店管理品牌；在设计阶段，论述设计管理模式选择、进度控制、质量控制、投资控制的方法及措施；在项目施工、竣工阶段，提出设计管理应以配合现场施工进度推进、顺利移交酒店管理方为原则开展各项工作。

Abstract：From the owner’s point of view，in the early stage of the project，clarifies the importance of choosing the architectural design company and the hotel management company as early as possible. In the design stage，discusses the methods and measures of design management mode selection，schedule control，quality control and investment control. In the construction and completion stage of the project，proposes that the design management should carry out various tasks in accordance with the construction schedule，and smoothly handovers to the hotel management company.
