摘要：基于人的感知过程，研究感知、不安全行为与安全事故之间的联系，通过问卷调查，建立隧道施工感知与不安全行为结构方程模型。得出感知与不安全行为关系显著相关；施工环境、岗位匹配、作业强度、员工满意度以及个体因素与感知显著相关；施工环境、作业强度、员工满意度与不安全行为关系显著相关；个体因素、岗位匹配与不安全行为的关系不显著的结论。

Abstract：Based on human perception process，this paper studies the relationship among perception，unsafe behavior and safety accidents. Through questionnaire survey，establishes a structural equation model of tunnel construction perception and unsafe behavior . The final results show that the relationship between perception and unsafe behavior is significantly related；construction environment，job matching，job intensity，employee satisfaction and individual factors are significantly related to perception；construction environment，job intensity，employee satisfaction and unsafe behavior are significantly related；individual factors and job matching are related unsignificantly.
