摘要：分析铁路建设项目特征，明确铁路建设项目经营风险概念并提出EPC总承包商的7大类经营风险；其次，通过文献梳理+实地调研的方式，初步识别EPC模式下铁路建设项目经营风险指标，设计包含57个风险指标的EPC总承包商经营风险初始清单；最后，通过开放式调查问卷方式进行广泛征集和归纳提炼，形成7大类58个风险指标的EPC模式下铁路建设项目总承包商的经营风险最终清单。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the characteristics of railway construction projects，defines the concept of business risks and puts forward seven types of business risks of EPC general contractors. Then，preliminarily identifies the business risk factors of railway construction projects under EPC model through literature review and project investigation，and designes the initial business risk list of 57 risk indicators of EPC general contractor. Finally，collectes and summarizes the business risk factors of railway construction projects under the EPC model through an open questionnaire，and finally forms the final list of business risks of general contractors of railway construction projects under the EPC mode with 7 categories and 58 risk indicators.
