摘要：以S医院教工宿舍楼工程造价司法鉴定为研究对象，剖析工程造价司法鉴定实施过程中的相关问题。通过全过程的路径分析，创新性地提出构建多部门联合矩阵、全过程引入法律顾问、引入PDCA循环理论等方法，为后续类似案例应用提供参考。

Abstract：Taking the judicial appraisal of engineering cost of dormitory building of S hospital as the research object，this paper analyzes the relevant issues in the implementation process of engineering cost juficial appraisal. Through the path analysis of the whole process，innovatively proposes to construct a multi-sectoral joint matrix and introduce legal consultants throughout the process as well as PDCA cycle theory，in order to provide reference for the application of similar cases.
