摘要：根据清单计价规范规定，承包人投标报价时在综合单价中应该考虑风险费用，以避免投标报价不合理带来的损失。分析综合单价中的风险因素，确定风险范围以及风险分担原则；设计专家调查问卷，采用专家打分法，应用SPSS软件进行数据处理，量化得出工程项目综合单价中的主要风险因素为材料费风险；以砌筑工程这一具体的分部分项工程为例，最终量化该分部分项工程主材料费风险费用。在上述分析的基础上，提出规避风险的建议与方法。

Abstract：According to the requirements of the list valuation standard，the contractor should take the risk cost into consideration in the comprehensive unit price when bidding，so as to avoid the loss caused by unreasonable bidding quotation. This paper analyzes the risk factors in the comprehensive unit price and determines the risk scope and the principle of risk sharing.Then，designs the expert questionnaire survey，uses the expert evaluating method and SPSS software for data processing，obtains that the main risk factor in the comprehensive unit price of the engineering project is the risk of material fee through qualification.Finally，taking the concrete sub-project of masonry engineering as an example，qualifies the risk cost of the main material cost in this project. On the basis of the above analysis，puts forward suggestions and methods to avoid risks.
