伙伴关系下EPC项目联合体风险分担的最优比率分析

摘要:在伙伴关系的基础上,构建基于博弈理论的设计-采购-施工三方风险分担动态博弈模型,并分析伙伴关系下EPC项目联合体成员的分价值函数。通过建立动态模型并结合纳什协商以及赋值计算可得:伙伴关系下联合体成员共同承担风险所获收益要高于两方或一方承担风险所带来的收益;合理风险比例组合的联合体效益要大于三方平均分担风险所获的效益。

Abstract:On the basis of the partnership,this paper constructs the dynamic game model of design-procurement-construction three-party risk sharing based on game theory,and analyzes the sub-value function of the members of EPC project consortium under the partnership. By establishing a dynamic model and combining with Nash negotiation and valuation calculation,concludes that the benefits of the joint risk of the joint members of EPC project consortium under the partnership are higher than the benefits brought by the two parties or one party;the benefits of the reasonable risk ratio combination are greater than the benefits of the tripartite sharing of risks.
