摘要：选择工程管理专业的《工程合同管理》课程进行“翻转课堂”应用实践，详细设计课程并具体实施，将其实践结果与传统教学模式对比发现，“翻转课堂”教学效果明显优于传统教学模式。最后分析实践中遇到的问题，并提出相应的改进措施。

Abstract：This paper chooses the “Management of Engineering Contract” course of the project management specialty experimenting “flipped classroom”，designs the course in detail and puts it into practice. The results show the effect of flipped classroom is obviously better than tranditional mode by comparison of the perfermance. Finally，analyzes the problems in practice and proposes the corresponding improving measures.
