摘要：为了明确建筑业在国民经济体系中的产业地位，在进行先导产业定位研判的基础上，从产业规模所占份额、需求收入弹性、生产率、产业关联性、比较优势以及对就业的影响等方面，确定建筑业的产业地位评价指标和评价方法，证实建筑业确是我国国民经济的支柱产业，本文可为建筑业产业地位演变研究提供
参考。

Abstract：In order to clarify the industrial status of the construction industry in the national economic system，on the basis of rough forerunner industry position judgement，this paper determines the evaluation index and method of the industrial status of the construction industry，from the aspects of the share of construction industry scale，income elasticity of demand，the industrial relevance，comparative advantage，and the impact on employment，proves that construction industry is indeed the pillar industry in China. This paper can provide some references for the study of the status quo and evolution of the construction industry.
