摘要：阐述高校建设项目前期管理的主要内容和特点，分析高校代建项目前期管理中存在的问题与不足，提出建立良好的协调机制和规范化的管理流程等对策，把控高校代建项目前期管理的关键，从而为提高项目投资效益和保证工程质量奠定坚实基础。

Abstract：This paper expounds the main contents and characteristics on the earlier stage management of university construction project，analyzes the problems and shortcomings，puts forward some countermeasures，such as establishing a good coordination mechanism and standardized management process，and controls the key links to improve project investment，so as to lay a solid foundation for improving project investment efficiency and ensuring project quality.
