摘要：造价咨询行业正面临前所未有的生存危机和挑战，同时也迎来历史转折的发展机遇和分水岭。介绍工程造价咨询企业的现状，分析工程造价咨询行业面临的内外部环境，提出工程造价咨询企业的应对和变革，展望工程造价咨询企业的出路和未来。

Abstract：Cost consulting industry is facing an unprecedented crisis and challenges，meanwhile ushering in the turning point of development opportunities. This paper introduces the current situation of engineering cost consulting enterprises，analyses the internal and external environment faced by engineering cost consulting industry，puts forward the countermeasures and reforms of engineering cost consulting enterprises，and looks forward to the future of engineering cost consulting enterprises.
