摘要：统计数据表明，建设工程合同纠纷诉讼案例总量众多且逐年上升，而诉讼的产生，对于原被告双方都意味着资源和时间的投入。通过语义检索技术分析2017年湖北省全年建设工程施工合同纠纷诉讼案例中引用的法律条文和诉讼成因，进而发掘建设工程施工合同风险管理中的薄弱环节。最后，从制度设计、行业监管和合同文本设计等方面针对识别出的风险因素给出相应的防控对策，为建设工程施工合同风险管理提供参考。

Abstract：The statistics show that the total number of litigation cases in construction contract disputes has increased year by year，and the emergence of litigation means resources and time investment for both parties. By applying semantic retrieval technology，this paper analyzes the legal provisions and litigation causes cited in the case of 2017 construction contract dispute litigation in Hubei Province，and then explores the weak links in construction project contract risk management. Finally，gives the corresponding prevention and control measures for these risk factors from the aspects of system design，industry supervision and contract text design，which can provide reference for risk management of construction contract.
