摘要:分析我国旧厂区改造现状及BIM技术在成本控制方面的优势,进而阐述BIM技术在旧厂区改造项目的方案评选阶段、施工方案编制阶段以及施工阶段的应用,并通过建立施工阶段的BIM模型,减少项目中不同专业之间的碰撞,消除或减少项目返工、修改等产生的费用,从而达到有效控制项目成本的目的。

Abstract:Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the reconstruction of old workshop in China and the advantages of BIM technology in cost control. Then,expounds the application of the BIM technology in the stage of plan selection,construction plan preparation and construction of the old workshop reconstruction project. Through the establishment of BIM model in construction stage,reduces the collision between different specialties in the project,eliminates or reduces the cost of rework and modification of the project,so as to achieve effective control of the old workshop reconstruction project cost.
