摘要：基于系统动力学理论，构建建筑产业联盟协同创新的系统动力学模型，从知识协同、资源协同、战略协同和创新绩效角度分析建筑产业联盟协同创新的内外部动力转化关系。利用Vensim PLE软件进行仿真分析，在此基础上，从市场环境、强制性政策以及建筑设计标准化等方面提出协同创新可持续发展的对策建议。

Abstract：Based on the system dynamics theory，this paper establishes a system dynamics model of building industrial alliance collaborative innovation and consequently analyzes the internal and external motivation of the collaborative innovation from the four aspects named knowledge collaboration，resource collaboration，strategic collaboration and innovation performance. Then，uses Vensim PLE to simulate the alliance’s collaborative innovation process. Finally，proposes some suggestions from market environment，coercive policy and design standardization to enhance the sustainability of collaborative innovation.
