摘要：从标准化质量管理体系的视角出发，阐述标准化管理体系应具备可操作性、可追溯性、可成长性的基本原则。分析标准化质量管理体系的要点，包括标准化流程、标准化审核和质量评价、标准化成果数据，最后构建标准化质量管理体系，对我国造价咨询企业的管理提供参考。

Abstract：This paper starting from the perspective of standardized quality management system，expounds the basic principles of operability，traceability and growth that standardized management system should have. Then，analyzes the key points of standardized quality management system，including standardized process，standardized audit and quality evaluation，standardized results data. Finally constructs the standardized quality management system to provide reference for the management of cost consulting enterprises in China.
