摘要：分析PPP项目合同的主要内容，包括前言、总则、项目经营权、前期工作及建设履约保函、项目建设、项目的运营和维护等，阐述PPP项目合同核心条款，包括项目合作范围及合作期限、项目用地条款、项目融资条款、项目设施运营与维护条款、项目付费机制，以期为进一步理解PPP项目合同提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the main contents of PPP project contract，including preface，general rule，project management right，early work and construction performance guarantee，project construction，project operation and maintenance，etc，expounds the core terms of the PPP project contract，including the scope and duration of project cooperation，the terms of project land，the terms of project financing，the operation and maintenance of project facilities and the payment mechanism of project，in order to provide reference for the further understanding of PPP project contract.
