摘要：结合中国电建集团重庆工程有限公司的实际情况，从外协队伍的人员引进质量、管理制度、人工成本管理、文化氛围、人员管理库等方面，阐述优化外协队伍人员管理的做法，为相关企业的外协队伍人员管理提供参考。

Abstract：Combined with the situation of Power China Chongqing Engineering Co.，Ltd，this paper illustrates the optimization method to enhance the management of outsourcing teams in terms of personnel quality，management system，labor cost management，cultural atmosphere as well as personnel management library，in order to provide reference for the management of outsourcing teams.
